  1. What a darling post Julie!... I love your sweet Valentines journal and all of your adorable vintage ones... especially the "spinner" one!... I even remember those as a little girl!... it was always so much fun to make our Valentines box with crepe paper and glitter and all... I will never forget what my daddy used to do on Valentines... he would be outside, unknown to us kids, and ring the doorbell... then we would run to the door and start to pick up our Valentines cards... daddy would be a bit away from the porch and had them on strings... as we tried to pick them up, he would pull the strings... we had to run to try to get them, giggling like crazy, and then we would find our daddy, waiting for us with a big hug and a kiss... I treasure these memories so... and your special post brought them to life for me once more today... sending much love to you, xoxo Julie Marie

  11. Just because of you, I'm workin' on a journal! My handwriting sucks, but I'm going to finish it anyway. Ever since my hands started shaking a few years ago, I've kept myself from writing anything, but you've totally inspired me.

    Hugs,
    Meri
