Christmas Joys

Okay…is that the greatest full-of-Christmas-joy face you’ve ever seen, or what?!

While just “googling” vintage Christmas photos, my eyes fell on this little guy—my smile got just about as big as his and I knew he was just the one for my little project…

…an oversized tag—maybe for an extra-special gift, maybe for a big tray of Christmas treats, maybe just to hang on the tree…

I love these vintage Christmas light reflectors—so wonderfully retro!

Do you remember getting these drugstore Christmas stockings filled with treats?  I do! {that probably really ages me!}

An easy stocking topper—a vintage Christmas postcard, another really fun vintage Christmas photo, a few trims & you’re done—easy peasy!

    Hi Julie... now I really am in the mood to start getting ALL of my vintage Christmas things out today!... of course I remember all of the wonderful things you have shown (I am much older than you!)... your cards are so cute!... they still have those little filled stockings around here at some of the older stores... and I have some of the wonderful old cardboard and foil light reflectors from WWII era... I LOVE everything from Christmases past, and each year they whisper their stories to me as I decorate... wishing you a beautiful Sunday, xoxo Julie Marie
